This horse was a raw bloody mess and out in the open where my granddaughter could see him. While waiting, there was this horse who, we were told, had hot spots and was just given a bath. The helmets were dirty and no one even asked to help with them. They told us "if you want helmets, they're over there by the cabinet".and pointed somewhere. to get the horses ready.while being totally ignored. No one introduced themselves once we got there, we had to ask people their name. app't., and we called them just before arriving to ask them where exactly on Winners Circle were they located, and that we would be there in a few minutes. Denise and another employee didn't really talk to us. Went with our granddaughter, 8 years old, her first time on a horse and visiting from NY.
